Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about ordering from the Tea Party Shoppe.

 

 

HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

Simply click the Add to Cart button found on every product page. You may continue to add items to your basket until your order is complete. Click on any View Cart button, found next to any Add to Cart button, and enter your shipping and billing address. (Please note, the billing address must match the address where your credit card statement is sent.) Click the Continue button to choose your Shipping and Payment Methods. Review your order, then click the Place Order button to complete the order.

HOW DO I ORDER PHONE?
Sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.

HOW DO I ORDER BY USPS "SNAIL" MAIL?
Fill out the order form below then print and mail it along with your payment to the address bellow.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter e-mails to anyone. Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us your e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering process they are used for order confirmation purposes only.

PAYMENT METHODS:

You can order from Tea Party Shoppe using a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) or you can pay via PayPal. If you would feel more comfortable you may mail in your order form along with check, money order or credit card payment information to the address below.

Satisfaction is guaranteed and we'll happily replace any defective or damaged or incorrectly advertised merchandise within the first 45 days of the date you place your order.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

When you order online you will receive an email confirmation. However, some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email us and we will confirm that your order was placed.

U.S.A. Shipping & Handling:

$8.00 per order regardless of number of items being ordered (the more you order the better the deal).

International Shipping & Handling (Including Canada):  

35% of order total for shipment by Air ($10.00 minimum).
* Payments by International Money Order or Draft add $5.00 to cover banking processing fees.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses and we also offer FREE shipping! Due to software limitations it may be necessary to credit back online shipping costs.
