As of, February 10, 2005, we will no longer be accepting payments through PayPal. On January 28 we received the following message from PayPal (see below).
PzG is not a hate site nor do we promote hate, violence, or racial intolerance as PayPal accuses us in its email! And, no where in PayPal's correspondence do they provide any proof that we do! In addition we are given no opportunity to clarify to PayPal the difference between PzG's site that offers historical items to teachers, museums, and students of history and sites that do "promote violence".
We believe that PayPal’s THOUGHT POLICE policy disguised as "acceptable use policy" is Un-American, UN-Constitutional, Discriminatory and Illegal. It has long been established in US courts that businesses may NOT refuse customers based on race or creed. Apparently PayPal does not think that this well established American tradition and law applies to the internet. Of course the real reason for this attack is economic social engineering by the traditional enemies of FREE SPEECH! They want Third Reich history to go down the Orwellian 'memory hole'. Out of sight out of mind. This is CENSORSHIP plain and simple. Obviously, they are afraid of what politically incorrect conclusions you might come to from this uncensored material.
We however at PzG do NOT discriminate against anyone! At PzG everyone is equal and we do not close our business to anyone. We sell and ship all over the world including many orders to Israel!
While we do not have the deep pockets necessary to challenge PayPal in court we will be happy along with thousands of others to join any new class action lawsuit against them. We just learned that a big one ended against PayPal last month.

Just want to say i am glad someone besides myself is standing up to paypal/ebay. i am tired of the demands that i should somehow be ashamed for my national history. i am proud of my heritage, as the great grandson of a wehrmacht general who fought under the swastika, against a true evil in the soviet union at the time, that somehow does never draw the same criticisms. - KG
I read with disgust the letter sent to you from PayPal. It doesn't surprise me at all. Here's why...
I have found that in many instances, eBay sellers are afraid to sell anything that isn't concidered to be Politically Correct, for fear that they will be banned from selling on eBay. I have told many sellers they are being brainwashed, and fed horse shit by the bucket full. Ebay/PayPal have no right interefering with want buyers want, and the sellers who sell their wares. This is Big Brother, and an attempt at revisionist history via a NEW AGE PROPAGNDA campaign. The government has given it's blessing too this as well.
I am furious that PayPal has taken it upon themselves to determine what is palpable to sell, and what isn't. How dare they claim to set the parameters of what can and can not be sold via an auction site. Ebay and PayPal are turning into the thought police. We need to tell them too back off. It is time a New online auction site be created that will put eBay and it's bully enforcer PayPal, out of business. If I want German Nazi era historical items, I will buy them, no matter what anyone else says.
I am an American with German Hertitage. Bravo too you folks for braving the storm. Fight for your rights, and fight US sanctioned tyranny against it's own citizens. And tell the anti-defamation League to eat their own bull shit as well.
