Friends in the “gang”!
I’m attaching a scan of an Xmas card I received this year from overseas…most of the signatures are from friends in the “gang,” but there are three friends who signed the card & I thought it might be of interest to you. I’ve marked them with dots so you can make out the signatures. They are:
1. Werner Hofer (Heer)- German Cross in Gold, Honor Clasp
2. Werner Kindler (SS-Oberrscharführer, LSSAH)- German Cross, Wound Badge, Close Combat Clasp (ALL in gold)
3. Alois Schnaubelt, SS- Unterscharführer, “Wiking”)- Knights Cross!!!
Enjoy, and best regards,
