PHOTOS FROM A LIBRARY EXHIBIT... Hello, My former roomy at Nellis AFB, Bill, forwarded your web site to me. Bill's father was an officer in the Waffen SS. Bill was born in the US, his dad worked for the US Government - he was allowed in the US sometime before 1955 (year Bill was born). Anyway, I was always interested in WW II and Bill got me into the Waffen SS with stories his dad told him before he died in the mid 60's. Fast forward to today, here's a couple of photos of my collection taken from a library exhibit I attended, (I blew them away). I have some Jap stuff too. Enjoy! Thanx, Mike3 Yeah - those are 4 complete Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler uniforms. All the stuff I have is in "Museum Grade" condition, ($$$). I was single and working when I started collecting. I had a friend who was my "finder". The top three helmets on the front row are Waffen SS. Not shown is my latest and probably last acquisition, it's a Black (DD) SS Dress/Parade Helmet. My friend/finder looked for over 3 years to find me one, (Ohio) in the same condition as my uniforms. He gave me a very special price on it as I had retired - - - Nice "table cloth" huh! Note the 3 Sniper Badges in the display case - - -
