History of the Reproduction German Army Infantry Assault Badges: The German Nazi Infantry Assault Badge in Bronze was awarded to Germany Army motorized infantrymen for participation in three assaults on three different days and the Infantry Assault Badge in Silver was awarded to Germany Army infantrymen for participation in three assaults on three different days, starting June 1, 1940. The badge was worn on the left breast pocket. The design features an infantryman’s rifle with fixed bayonet, inside an oak leaf wreath, topped by the Army eagle and swastika. These high-quality reproduction are stamped out like the originals, and fitted with a simple pin-back.

German Army Anti-Aircraft Badge
History of the Reproduction German Army Infantry Assault Badges:The Army Anti-Aircraft Badge was awarded to German Army flak crews. Established on July 18, 1941, the badge was generally awarded on the basis of a point system, although it could be given for a single act of heroism. The point system required flak gunners to accumulate 16 points. They received four points for shooting down an enemy aircraft unassisted, or two points in conjunction with other batteries. Searchlight and sound detector crews also were eligible. The badge, in a blackened silver oxide, features an 88mm gun inside an oak leaf wreath, surmounted by the Army eagle and swastika. The badge was worn on the left breast pocket. It is fitted with a simple pin-back. Our high-quality reproduction measures slightly more than two inches tall.

German Army General Assault Badges 25, 50, 75 and 100
History of the Reproduction German Army General Assault Badges: This Nazi badge was awarded to German Army personnel who acted in a support role during an assault, but did not qualify for the Infantry Assault or Tank Assault badges. The badge was instituted on June 1, 1940. Eligible personnel included engineers, artillery units, anti-tank and flak units that supported an assault, and medical personnel who worked in combat conditions. It was worn on the left breast pocket. The design features the Army eagle and swastika, atop a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, all inside an oak leaf wreath.

German Army Close Combat Badges - Bronze, Silver & Gold
History of the Army Close Combat Badges: Awarded to Germany infantrymen who had participated in hand-to-hand combat, unsupported by armored units. Established on Nov. 25, 1942 by Adolph Hitler the central design borrows from the General Assault Badge, with a crossed bayonet and stick grenade topped by the state eagle and swastika, all within a square frame oak leaves. The center area is a cut-out design, with a separate piece of blackened metal providing the backdrop. Projecting right and left from the center area are sprays of oak leaves. The reverse, which is fitted with a simple pin-back, bears the hallmark F&B.L, for Funke and Bruninghaus of Ludenscheid. The badge was worn over the left breast pocket, above the ribbon bar. These high-end reproductions measures slightly more than two inches with pin back.
