Music Return Policy

• **Most of the historical recordings offered for sale have been digitally remasterred from ORIGINAL 78 rpm records (unless otherwise noted) produced during the 1930's and 1940's so you can expect some period hissing, crackles and pops but, as a student of history you will appreciate the unique historical aspect this brings to your CD selections.
• **Due to issues of potential pirating, NO refunds, returns or exchanges accepted on CDs unless defective which will be replaced with another of the same title.
• **Not all CDs play on all players. According to CD manufactures the best you can hope for is 98% of CDs will play on any player. Sorry we don't make the machines!

 

Jewelry Return Policy

• **It is vital that you seek professional advice from a local jewelry to ensure correct sizing since there are NO returns or exchanges on custom rings.

"Where is my order?"

At PzG Inc. most orders (unless custom, special or backordered) are shipped within 24 hours of being received.  Then depending on holidays, weekends and your location it can take the USPS up to two weeks to get your order to you and, of course, longer if you live overseas or in Canada but please understand your order is important and every effort is made to exceed your expectations!

 

 

What do I do if it has been longer then 3 weeks since I placed my order?

First double check your receipt to make sure it has actual been that long (often it has been much less), check your emails (don't forget the junk folders) to make sure we have not already contacted you regarding your order as we may be waiting on an answer from you. Then fellow contact us by email with the following information so you order can complete its journey to you as quickly as possible.

 

1. Name: Your first & Last Name.
2. Address:  Your address & ship to address if different because all orders are filed by zip code.
3. What you ordered: This makes identification of your order easier.
4. Date:  When you ordered because all orders are batched by the week they were received.
