Authentication: Each piece of AVG - Flying Tiger memorabilia shown is derived from an authentic original design. The pins shown are die-struck in steel dies from solid copper (not cheap castings) and appropriately plated in either 24k gold or nickel. Each has a proper military grip fastener on the back, and all colors are hand filled and finished in genuine hard-fired cloisonne as the originals were. "No expense" has been spared in manufacturing replicas which are as close to the originals as possible. Better copies are not available anywhere at any price. The manufacturer (USM, Inc.) has years of experience producing military insignia of the armed forces of many countries.
